Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Made-to-Order Items

Many Mar de Lágrimas pieces are handcrafted and produced after an order is placed.

Production times may vary depending on demand and seasonal order volume. Estimated production times are provided on product pages and are not guaranteed shipping dates.

6. Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Mar de Lágrimas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

Customers have 7 days after delivery to request a return authorization.

Returned items must meet our eligibility requirements.
