Thank you for shopping with Mar de Lágrimas. Every order is thoughtfully crafted with care, and many of our pieces are made to order to ensure exceptional quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
Order Processing
Most items are made to order and require approximately 2 weeks (10–14 business days) to be handcrafted before shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
During new collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using 2-day standard shipping.
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled, not when it is placed.
Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please note: Shipping carriers do not operate on Sundays or major holidays. Transit times are calculated using business days only, and delivery estimates may be affected accordingly.
Express Orders
If you select Express Shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized for production and completed as quickly as possible.
Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped using the fastest available shipping service based on your location.
While we prioritize express orders, production times may still vary depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Mar de Lágrimas is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mar de Lágrimas is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen deliveries, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist whenever possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
