Refund & Return Policy
At Mar de Lágrimas, every piece is thoughtfully created with exceptional attention to detail. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please email contact@mardelagrimas.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return (your feedback helps us improve our products and customer experience)
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Returns sent without an authorized RMA number may not be accepted.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (where applicable)
- Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, fragrances, or alterations
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
For your convenience, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any non-refundable fees are not eligible for reimbursement unless required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without an approved RMA number
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
